Our Team

Vintage Orchid Event Planning provides you with a team of two savvy Latinas – Yvonne & Cynthia. Vintage Orchid Event Planning started as a hobby for both of us. We coordinated weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, bridal showers, open houses, corporate events, political fundraising events and everything in between.

A mutual acquaintance who had heard of both of our stories, brought us together.  We teamed up, it was an instant match, and Vintage Orchid Event Planning was born in 2008.

With a combined fifteen years of experience in coordinating memorable occasions of all types, we can make your vision a reality and you can let yourself be a guest at your own event! We have molded our business around providing a service to customers that we would appreciate ourselves.  After hearing of experiences of others who have felt their wishes were not attended to or that a planner had their own agenda, we felt customer service should be paramount.
